FIXES:

* Fixed the 'dud grenade' bug where players hit directly with grenades
would only take minimal damage. Grenades now behave as expected.
* Objective capture code has been reworked and should prevent objectives
from becoming uncapturable by either team.
* The top HUD and the bottom HUD should now always agree on which team (if
any) owns a particular capture zone.
* The Squad Objective menu now always matches the top HUD order.
* The Squad Objective menu only shows objectives from the current map.
* The voice chat menu no longer stops working if you die while issuing a
squad objective command.
* Squads can now be joined using the keyboard.
* Maps created for Search and Destroy now draw the top HUD correctly.

Code changes:

* "Game Type" menu reworked to present more options when starting a server
via the Call of Duty menu system. Also added a button to load the default
values on the menu.
* Added two tunables to control the capping behavior:
o scr_hob_minDynamicPlayersToCapture (when set) is the minimum that
any capture requirement will ever be dynamically reduced to if dynamic limiting
is enabled. Defaults to 2 if undefined. Set it to 1 to disable this feature.
o scr_hob_verifyBothTeamsCanCap (when enabled) will disallow
capturing of any objective if only one team has enough people to capture that
objective. Defaults to on.

Graphics changes:

* Crosshairs have been removed from the fg42 and Panzerfaust.
* Reduced the flash size on the mg42 to strike a better balance between
historical accuracy and gameplay.

Maps:

* HoB_Beach by Mike the Mapper tweaked to improve gameplay
* HoB_Dawnville_Upholder originally by Inifinty Ward; Converted by
Giovanni, Reworked by Upholder has been added to the distribution.
* HoB_cr44 by Lunt with portals added by Upholder for improved performance,
particularly on slower machines.
